Komodo Adventure Tour 5 Days

Komodo adenture tour is one of the excellent tours-trips-and adventures for a visit to Komodo dragon islands Flores. It is available for a solo traveler, couple, family or group.

Itinerary

Tour 1 : L.Bajo - Kelor - Rinca island - Padar Island Trekking (B/L/D)
Picked up from your hotel in Bali and transfer to Ngurah Rai Airport-Bali for a flight to Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo-Flores approx. 1,5 hours. Upon arrival in Komodo airport-Labuan Bajo our tour guide will come to meet you and transfer to the pier of Labuan Bajo where you jump aboard. Your journey begins with snorkeling and swiming in Kelor. It is a small island with gorgeous corral reefs and plenty of colorful corral fishes in crystal clear water. Then, cruise for trekking to Rinca island. This boat trip takes time approx. 1'5 hours. Along the way enjoy a fabulous panorama of the small islands around while having lunch. Upon arrival in Rinca a park ranger will give you a safety briefing, then follow him and our tour guide on trekking to observe the exotic Komodo dragons, the largest lizard in the world with other wild animals in their natural environment. The trek takes time approx. 1,5 hours. The first kilometers of the path is under the shadow of the trees in the forest, then through the savanna. From the finish point you will see a marvelous landscape of the small islands around. After that proceed to Padar. This island is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Indonesia with it's dramatically rugged hills that are covered mostly by savanna. In the coastline there are beautiful white sand beaches which are so contrast with the blue ocean. You will trekk uphill to reach the viepoint, which located at the slope of the highest hill in Padar. The first kilometers of the path are stairs. The rest are stones. Back to the boat for dinner and overnight.

Tour 2 : Komodo island - Pink Beach - Manta point - Kanawa (B/L/D)
Depart in the early morning at 05:30am to Komodo. This journey will take time approx. 1,5 hours. Sorry that the sound of the motor boat will disturb you in time when you still have a sleep. Upon arrival in Komodo, follow our tour guide and the park ranger on trekking to observe the exotic Komodo dragons, the largest lizard in the world. Not only Komodo dragons that live on this wonderful Komodo island but also timor deer and birds such as white bellied sea eagle, orange-footed schrubfowl, green jungle fowl, frigate birds and great-billed heron. Proceed to Pantai Merah (pink beach) for snorkeling and swimming. This place is one of the most visited sights in Komodo, which has a gorgeous corral reef with many colorful fishes in crystal clear water. After that continue to Manta Point for snorkeling only if the weather condition permits. In this place you have the opportunity to see Manta, but there is no guarantee that the Mantas are always there to see as they are wild animals. Attention! "Please don't dive to see the mantas from the bottom of the sea, this is important to save you from a strong underwater current". Then, proceed to Kanawa Island. Dinner and overnight on the boat in Kanawa.

Tour 3 : Kanawa - Sabolon - Pulau Burung - L.Bajo (B/L/D)
After breakfast you can relax on the beach of Kanawa and enjoy sunbathing. You have also the opportunity to go for snorkeling arround the coastline of Kanawa. You can start snorkeling by walking from the beach. Lunch will be served on the boat while crossing the sea to Sabolon. Sabolon island is also a great place for snorkeling. It offers colorful fishes and corral reef. From Sabolon the boat proceeds to Pulau Burung. This small island is one of the most recommended snorkeling tour in Labuan Bajo. The water is clear and the beach is a great place for sunbathing or relaxing. In the late afternoon we will arrive in Labuan Bajo and the car will drop you at your hotel.

Tour 4 : Diving Tour -> Manta Point - Siaba - Batu Bolong (B/L/-)
After breakfast in the early morning our diving tour guide will come to pick you up in your hotel, then take you to the office in L.Bajo to check all the diving equipments. Transfer to the pier of Labuan Bajo where the boat for the diving tour is waiting for you. First you will dive the Manta point. Mantas are great animals. They can reach 3 meters long and 1,600Kg of weight. Attantion! Don't be panic but stay relax when you encounter the great Mantas, so you can see this amazing animal closer. From Manta point then you proceed towards Siaba island in the north of the Padar island. Siaba dive site is not far away from Siaba island. It offers a flat sandy bottom and a large staghorn and corral reef. This dive site is also called "the city of turtles". Lunch will be served on the boat during the boat trip to the Batubolong dive site. Batubolong is a world class dive site. An approximately 75m giant rock that goes into a dark blue ocean is covered by the hard-and soft corrals, which is a home to many submarine wildlifes. After the last dive in this place, then the boat will take you back to Labuan Bajo. Back to the hotel for overnight.

Tour 5 : Cunca Wulang Waterfall - Airport - Bali (B/L/-)
Picked up from your hotel at 6:30am or 7:00am. Your tour starts with visiting Cunca Wulang waterfall near Labuan Bajo. This waterfall is located in the forest about 5km from Melo village. Trekking shoes and swimming suits are advisable for this tour. Enter the forest for trekking to the waterfall. The first kilometer of the path is under the shadow of the tall trees in the forest, then followed by stairs up-and downhill and bridges. Upon arrival in Cunca Wulang, ask your tour guide for guidance, which part of the river you may jump into, just to avoid you from hitting the stones that located beneath the water surface. Back to Labuan Bajo for lunch, then continue to the airport for the return flight to Bali. Upon arrival at the airport in Bali, our driver will come to meet you, then tranfer to your hotel.
