Thank you so much for choosing Flores Komodo Tours for your vacation in our wonderful country Indonesia. This article contains TERMS & CONDITIONS for the contracting of the tourism services with Flores Komodo Tours. Please read it carefully.
1 : Traveler Information For Booking
For Booking purposes Flores Komodo Tours needs to collect your personal information which will be used in a strictly confidential manner.
- Full name
- Foot requirements
- Medical conditions (mandatory for adventure tours)
- Copy of your passport ( muss provide a valid passport)
2 : Deposit and Booking
For long trips and activities we need to collect a 50% deposit within 49 days prior to the start date of the trip or activities. For last minute bookings we require 100% payment within 14 days prior to the start of the trip. Fail to do this, Flores Komodo Tours has the right to cancel your tour request and give you a new alternative in related with your tour request if available. After accepting your deposite we will issue a confirmation invoice, then the contract between you and us exist automatically.
3 : Prices
Prices of the trips vary according to the itineraries and how many inclusions in the prices. Most of our tours have plenty of inclusions to make it simple for traveler in calculating the whole tour cost. All of the prices are subject to change anytime without prior notice. It depends on the real situation and condition outside of our control. If you are planing to book a trip with us, please read the inclusions carefully to avoid misunderstanding between you and us.
4 : Liability
We contract with a network of ground oprators and individuels to assist in the running of tris as agent for these third parties. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties. Any loss, damages, death or injury which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation on a trip is excluded in any liability. You release us and our officers, employees, representatives, tour guides, drivers from any liability and expressly weave any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a trip; any condition or warranty which would be implied by low into this Terms and Conditions (implied warranty) is excluded.
5 : Cencellation By Traveler
- Cencellation and change of date by traveler outside of 7 days of departure will result in 25% of cencellation fee.
- Cencellation and change of date by traveler within 7 days of departure will result in 50% of cencellation fee.
- Failure to board, change of date and time or cencellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
For two or more days Tours
- Cencellation and change of date by traveler outside of 14 days of departure will result in 50% of cencellation fee.
- Failure to board, change of date and time or cencellation within 14 days of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
6 : Cencellation By Tour Provider
We may cencel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.
- If we cencel your trip due to the reasons other than a force majeure event you will receive a full refund.
- If we cencel your trip due to a force majeure event you will receive 110% credit to use for a future trip or a refund less unrecoverable costs.
7 : Change of Date and Time by Traveler
Change of date and time by traveler will result in a new alternative. Make sure you are ready to pay for any additional charges in resulting from changing of date and time you might do.
8 : Change of Date and Time By Tour Provider
If we make a major change of date and time we will inform you as soon as possible if there is time before departure. When a major change is made you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of the trip only or accepting an alternative tour offered. We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control.
9 : Luggage Policy
Luggage for domestic flights is max.15Kg per pax for some flights but some other flights don't include luggages in their ticket prices. It means you should pay extra charges for the luggages.
Luggage for touring with car is max. 20Kg per pax. For the luggages more than 20Kg of weight, we will try to find an alternative for you.
10 : Pick Up and Drop Off Services
Most of our tours includes pick up and drop off services in some places. For more informasion about that, please read the inclusions in every tour itinerary you might request.
11 : Domestic Flight Conditions
For tours between islands we can arrange the flights for passengers. It will be included in the tour price. We act only in a capasity of a tour provider and not as a ticketing agent, therefore we are not responsible for any flight cencellation or anything happens with your flight. Failure to board, change of date and time or any cencellation will be the responsibility of traveler and we as a tour provider have the right to change the tour itineraries and schedules if it is possible. An additional cost in resulting from failure to board, changing of date and time or cencellation may apply to the new itinerary. The traveler is responsible to pay these additional charges and it should be paid prior to the start of the trip.
